Interpolating certain NetCDF files in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.1 reverses the longitude value.

Create a raster layer at the correct extents using the method below:

1. Run the Make NetCDF Feature Layer tool with the row dimensions set to the latitude and longitude.
2. Interpolate the point layer with a desired method (i.e. IDW, nearest neighbor, etc.).
