This issue will addressed in Insights for ArcGIS 2.1.解决办法
Clicking the Save button and reloading the page brings the functionality back. However, adding a subsequent standard feature service from hosting server or working with existing data for a while results freeze again and the page needs to be saved and reloaded.重现步骤
