This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.解决办法
- Close ArcGIS Pro.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\Resources\pedata\gdaldata.
- Create a backup for the file pcs.csv.
- Modify PARAMETER_VALUE_1 for the coordinate system affected by the issue.
- Restart ArcGIS Pro and open the orthomosaic.
The file is displayed in the correct location.
