解决办法
Use ArcCatalog feature class context menu Export-> To Geodatabase (Single). Set the GP Export tool's Environment to exclude Ms and write to GDB (not shapefile). Use this new FC without Ms as input the Layer3DToFeatureClass.重现步骤
