解决办法
Add each layer as a feature layer to the web map instead of a map image layer. If the 'Hide in legend' option is selected for the feature layer, the feature layer is hidden in the Web AppBuilder. http://ess.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=f8a78e95b8904f228dee696b5157c35f重现步骤
