漏洞
In the layer properties symbology tab, the Quantities > Graduated Colors are displaying features that overlap improperly when labeled. The color symbols are shown from highest to lowest value, and the labels are shown from lowest to the highest value. The label Priority Ranking feature does not fix this because the records are not indexed according to the label field in ascending order.

Change the SQL query for the label class that contains the 0 so that it is equal to 0. So instead of "LBL" > 0.00000 AND "LBL" <= 0.00000 it will be "LBL" = 0重现步骤
