In the deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder 10.6.1 for Microsoft Azure, when attempting to utilize the storage type of Azure Server Message Block (SMB), the application and its logs fail, but the deployment still runs successfully.

Due to the slow performance of Azure Files Standard Stock-Keeping Unit (SKU), it is currently not recommended to use this for many deployments. It is recommended that users wait for Azure Premium Files before attempting to use Azure Files (SMB). Due to the slow performance of the standard SKU, the deployment takes longer than the allotted Azure time.重现步骤
