解决办法
Use a dedicated external GPS receiver to provide a higher location accuracy and faster location fix than the built-in GPS on the device.
Turn off WiFi and Bluetooth connections and use the built-in GPS only on the user’s device.
In the ArcGIS QuickCapture designer (the authoring tool) project, modify the Horizontal accuracy in the settings. This forces the app to only accept points with the required horizontal accuracy. This workaround helps improve the data accuracy but does not solve the spikes issue, as sometimes the spiky point has good horizontal accuracy although located at the wrong location.
