解决办法
The problem does not happen in ArcGIS Web API 4.5 for JavaScript. Note that this loading issue is persistent at this version, but the layer does load after some time (~4 seconds).The issue with ArcGIS API JavaScript 4.6 is that the layer does not load at all.Use Internet Explorer for the issue.重现步骤
