In Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1, latitude coordinates are slightly shifted in the PDF output of the Print widget when reading the coordinates with the Acrobat Reader Geospatial Location tool.

Adobe Reader/Acrobat ship is a pre-beta 9.x version of PE.dll. This version of PE.dll does not support Web Mercator Aux Sphere by name/wkid. Adobe Reader must be updated to a non-pre-beta PE.dll in their products.重现步骤
