In Explorer 20.1, the web map search configuration does not search for nested layers unlike the previous versions of Explorer.

解决办法

Add each layer within the nested layer as separate layers to the web map.

To get the individual layer from a Server service with a nested layer:

1) Go to the Service REST URL.

2) Under 'Layers', click the specific layer.

a. With the above service, choose 'simplefc.

3) Copy and paste the resulting URL when adding a layer from the web.

4) Explorer 20.1 returns the search results for this layer when the web map has the search configuration.
