In Collector for ArcGIS (Android), when editing only the values after a decimal separator in a float or double field, the edits fail to send properly if the decimal separator is a comma.

Not reproducible in Collector 17.0.4解决办法
Delete the entire numerical value and retype it, which forces users to type in a period instead of a comma. However, this workaround must be repeated each time the value is edited.重现步骤
