In ArcMap Version 10 SP3, map services that are hosted tile map services (published via the cloud to ArcGIS Online using Version10.1 beta) cannot be added into a map. Nothing happens in an ArcGIS Online window, and a message is returned in a Search window saying it cannot be opened. They work in Version 10.1 beta.
