In ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro, running the Add Geometry Attributes tool for X and Y coordinates returns the output as whole numbers.

While seeing rounded Numeric values displayed as integers in a layer’s Table View is As Designed, they can be displayed as decimals.
To do that, click the burger button [3 horizontal bars] on the far upper right of the layer's Table View and select Fields View. In the Field View, select the numeric field with values to be displayed as decimals. In the Number Format column, click the ‘...’ next to Numeric. In the dialog that opens, check Pad with zeros and click OK. Close the Fields View. On the dialog titled Fields: Unsaved Changes Found that opens, click Save. Note that in the Table View, the values now display as decimals.
