附加信息
We apologize that we were unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. If the issue continues to affect your work in a supported release, please contact Technical Support. Note that ArcGIS 10.8.2 is the current release of ArcGIS Desktop and will enter Mature Support in March 2024 (https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcmap/life-cycle). There are no plans to release an ArcGIS Desktop 10.9, and we recommend that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. See Migrate from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro (https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-pro/resources/migrate) for more information.
解决办法
1. Remove letter drive folder connection in ArcCatalog
2. Map to UNC path in ArcCatalog
3. Remove letter drive from computer
4. Ensure map is closed
5. In ArcCatalog, right-click MXD and change data sources
6. Paste UNC path in New data source column (do not use Replace/Replace All)
7. Choose a new name for your new document and click OK
8. Open the new document
9. Check layer properties and confirm UNC path has been changed

I found that step 6 was not necessary - the replace/replace all worked fine. I also found that the arcpy findAndReplaceWorkspacePaths() function also works. The key is to remove the drive letter path from the machine and from the Catalog folder connections (steps 1-3).
