漏洞
In ArcGIS Velocity, when a WHERE clause is set on the Feed for a Real Time Analytic other than the default (1=1), the Control Event Volume Max events per interval is inconsistent to the output.

Removing the WHERE clause and setting it back to 1=1 (all records in Feed will then be outputted) results in a consistent output.
