In ArcGIS Survey123, attachments that are bound by relevant conditions are removed from the feature record if the question relevant condition is not satisfied.

One limitation of the field app is that users cannot delete or edit submitted attachments. Setting the relevant condition to false is an implicit edit and is not supported for image questions. This behavior is an expected limitation of the field app.解决办法
Use the independent attachment question if single_choice questions are required.
