In ArcGIS Pro, when using the Graduated Symbols symbology and changing the upper value, the Classes drop-down list is grayed out.

When you change the upper value, the classification method changes to manual interval and the classes greys out. If you need to add more class you can right click on the symbol class table and insert break above or below any value.解决办法
Change any setting and switch it back to activate the Classes drop-down list.重现步骤
