In ArcGIS Pro, Vector Field Renderer raster does not project on the fly when the data frame has WGS 1984 Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere) projection.

解决办法
Projecting the raster using the Project Raster tool and assigning the same projection to both raster and the data frame makes it fall in right location. After that, the Vector Field Renderer symbology is applied.重现步骤
