漏洞
In ArcGIS Pro, the referenced web feature layer sequence (GID) is not working as expected when splitting a polyline using the split policy Delete, Insert, Insert. The process uses the original feature ID instead of generating two new ones.

Duplicate of BUG-000155784.解决办法
After creating the feature class, register as branch versioned, and things should work as expected. The workaround is done in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.
