In ArcGIS Pro, the Build Pyramids And Statistics tool creates incomplete sets of pyramid files when parallel processing is used.

解决办法

Set the parallel processing factor to 0. Alternatively, use the Build Pyramids tool in batch mode. Note that parallel processing only works for Cloud Raster Format (CRF) input files, as documented in https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/build-pyramids.htm.
