In ArcGIS Pro, feature layer cannot be edited when creating features as input for a geoprocessing tool when the map projection is set to GDA2020.

解决办法

1. Access the layer's Properties and navigate to the Elevation tab. Change the 'Elevation units' to 'Data source vertical unit' instead of 'US Feet'.
2. Open the Create Features pane, and in the Contents pane, flip between 'List View' and 'Editable Layers view'. This forces the feature layer to appear in the list of available templates in the Create Features pane.
