In ArcGIS Pro, an incorrect intensity raster dataset is generated when using the interpolation method as triangulation while running the 'LAS Dataset To Raster' tool.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.解决办法
Create a new mosaic dataset by selecting the Add Rasters To Mosaic Dataset tool and import the input LAS dataset. For the Raster Type properties, set the following:
Data type: Intensity.
Interpolation: Triangulation.
