In ArcGIS Pro, a Web Mapping Service (WMS) service published with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise does not keep the visibility ranges set in the original layers, while the accompanied map image layer (ArcGIS Map Service) keeps the visibility ranges perfectly.
