In ArcGIS Pro 3.1.x and 3.2.x, when a selection is defined for a hosted feature layer (from ArcGIS Online) with a defined time zone, the attribute table returns data for times before the query begins. The network traffic query respects the time zone until the final part of the query, which is converted to UTC.
