In ArcGIS Pro 2.2.3, when running the Create Database View tool and opening the attributes table of the layer generated by the tool, the table fails to open with the error message, "table initialization error".

The following steps are the workaround to this issue:

1. Remove the layer from the Contents pane.
2. Go to the database in which the database view is created from the Catalog pane.
3. Add the layer to the map and open the attributes table.
