漏洞
In ArcGIS Online organizations with a large number of users, inviting members intermittently causes a request to /sharing/rest/portals/self/users?start=1&num=1&level=1&f=json to fail with the error "504 GATEWAY TIMEOUT," preventing users from being added to the organization.
