In ArcGIS Hub, there is no option to download an entire hosted feature layer when there is a sublayer inside.

This behavior is by design. In the current version of ArcGIS Hub, there is no option to download datasets for all sublayers (of a feature or map service containing multiple layers) directly from the parent ArcGIS Hub dataset item. The download option is available at each sublayer item level for the individual layers.重现步骤
