The printing of services secured at the web tier is not supported by ArcGIS Server print services.

解决办法

If printing unsecured services, install a second web adaptor with anonymous access enabled. http://server.arcgis.com/en/web-adaptor/latest/install/iis/install-multiple-arcgis-web-adaptors-iis.htm This skips the authentication step that the print service cannot complete. Because the service is unsecured from Server Manager, there is no authorization step required.
