This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps 25.2.0.解决办法
When configuring the label expression in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, instead of using "return DomainCode($feature, "fieldname")", use "return DomainCode($feature,"FIELD_8", DomainName($feature, "FIELD_8"))".
