漏洞
In ArcGIS Explorer, when viewing a web map with a copied layer and the original layer, both with the same neighborhood visibility extent, for the first time, the original layer renders at the expected extent, but the copied layer does not render until users zoom in further.

Add two instances of the same layer and apply a definition query to each of the layers representing Yes or No values before publishing the feature class, or symbolize unique values to display the Yes or No values with different symbology.重现步骤
