In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the top of the upper Feature Info widget is cut off when using the Center vertical alignment layout setting in a Column widget with two Feature Info widgets.

This is not a bug. In this scenario, use Start instead of Center.解决办法
In the Style pane of the Feature Info widgets, change the Height setting to Stretch.
