漏洞
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, if a sidebar widget is applied to the bottom of the screen, when trying to scroll in the web map with the cursor starting in the middle of the screen or lower, the cursor displays a 🚫(cancel/error) symbol and does not scroll up or down on the web map.
