In ArcGIS Engine 10.1 SP1 .NET, when calling the ControlsMapMeasureToolClass() function from a button instead of using the toolbar, multiple form windows for the tool are opened when the Measure an Area tool and Measure a Feature tools are clicked. Its important to note that this was reported nearly two years ago. It was reported to be fixed. The same issue still occurs. NIM064391
