In ArcGIS API for JavaScript 3.x applications, TextSymbol halos use the text from the text symbol drawn multiple times to create the halo in Internet Explorer, creating a somewhat odd and less usable appearance.

Internet Explorer does not support the same rendering technique as other browsers. No further implementation on this is scheduled for 3.x. Best suggestion is to reduce the halo size to less than 10.重现步骤
