漏洞
In ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Server, if there are two or more folders with sequential letters in the name, for example, Folder 1 is named as 'a' and Folder 2 is named as 'ab', setting the security on the folder with the lowest order (the 'a' folder) changes the security of the remaining folders of the higher order (the 'ab' folder).
