In an ArcGIS Online web map, the Zoom To Layer function zooms too far in and the features fall outside of the extent when there are a few attributes.

The zoom levels in the ArcGIS Online map viewer are discrete and dictated by the tile levels of the basemap. The Zoom To Layer function uses the zoom level that best matches the ideal scale or extent defined by the extent of the features selected and the size of the map in the browser. Sometimes the best fit zoom level is slightly zoomed in from the ideal scale, and sometimes the best fit zoom level is slightly zoomed out from the ideal scale.解决办法
In the Item Details page of the service, manually choose the initial extent of the layer when adding it to a web map.重现步骤
