解决办法

1) Create a new model with only the Collapse Dual Lines to Centerline tool in it.2) Expose all parameters of the Collapse Dual Lines tool in the model.3) Export the model to a python script.4) Add the python script to a toolbox.5) Set up the script parameters.6) In a model with some tool preceding the Collapse Dual Lines tool, replace the Collapse Dual Lines tool with the Python script.7) Link the preceding tool output to the script and run the model.Additional workaround:Run model up to the point where the input feature class is created but then add the Collapse tool again and link it to the model at it was before and it creates the input without issue.
