The LocateXT for ArcMap extension is no longer available. Also, the LocateXT for Server extension that enabled ArcMap-based LocateXT services is no longer available. The ClearTerra-branded documentation for these products will not be updated since they are no longer offered. The LocateXT extension for ArcGIS Pro for the Extract Locations pane is documented here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/locatext/extract-locations.htm. The LocateXT extension also adds two geoprocessing tools to ArcGIS Pro: Extract Locations From Document (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/conversion/extract-locations-from-document.htm) and Extract Locations From Text (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/conversion/extract-locations-from-text.htm). These geoprocessing tools can be published to ArcGIS Enterprise as geoprocessing services in the same manner as any other geoprocessing tool can be published from ArcGIS Pro. This process is documented here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/publishing-web-tools-in-arcgis-pro.htm. Once the LocateXT geoprocessing tools are published as geoprocessing services, they can be interacted with via the service's REST endpoint as documented here: https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/enterprise-administration/notebook/geoprocessing-services/. ArcGIS Pro must have a suitable license to use the Extract Locations pane and to run and publish the LocateXT geoprocessing tools. ArcGIS Enterprise must have a suitable license to run geoprocessing services associated with the LocateXT geoprocessing tools. Licensing information for the LocateXT extension can be found here: https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/locatext/overview. For ArcGIS Pro 3.4 and earlier and for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 and earlier, a LocateXT extension license can be purchased. Starting with ArcGIS Pro 3.5 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5, the licensing model has changed. The LocateXT extension's capabilities are now included as part of the Professional and Professional Plus user types, as documented here: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-arcgis-locatext-000034612.
