Due the age of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, update ArcGIS Enterprise to versions 10.9.1 and later (preferable version 11.1 and later), as this issue will not occur in the later versions.解决办法
- Rotate the device to landscape mode; hyperlinks will work as expected.
- On Android devices, enable the option to open the 'Desktop site' instead of the mobile version.
- This issue does not occur on tablets, only phones.
- This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 or later versions.
