漏洞
If there are two fields in a shapefile or a feature class attribute table, one called Layer and the other called LyrName, and both have different values, the Export to CAD tool does not produce the features.

This behavior is as designed as of ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 3. Please follow the guidlines suggested in the work arounds.解决办法
Ensure that both the Layer and LyrName fields have the same values. OR Use only one of the fields, Layer or LyrName, but not both.重现步骤
