If the WebSocketContextUrl does not contain the default '/arcgis', ArcGIS GeoEvent Server is unable to stream data over the new path.

解决办法
Change the URL and WebSocketContextUrl to include '/arcgis' in the path.
For example:
'ws://myserver.domain.com/arcgis' works.
'ws://myserver.domain.com/geoevent' does not work.
