If data in a mosaic dataset do not exist in the same folder as the mosaic dataset itself, a data store is set up that uses different paths for the Publisher and Server connections, and the mosaic dataset is published to ArcGIS Server, the paths to the imagery is not updated to point to the Linux side path.
