If a Place Name Alias Table is used in a locator, it does not set correctly when initially created, thus not finding the address when searched by alias.

This issue is not reproducible with the latest version of the software. Make sure to have "Match with no zones" set to true if zones are not specified for the Place Name Alias Table.重现步骤
