漏洞
If a map service is defined with Layer ID: 0, if it is not at the first (topmost) layer, that layer cannot be selected when configuring a Poll an ArcGIS Server for Features Input or Field Enricher in GeoEvent.

解决办法
To use a map service that has the Layer ID: 0 in a location other than the first (topmost) layer, use the Poll an External Website for JSON input and hardcode the layer ID in the URL provided.
