漏洞
If a basemap contains a layer from a dynamic map service that is not in the Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere coordinate system, and then opened in a web application, upon switching the basemap, then switching back, the basemap layer from the dynamic map service is no longer be visible.

This is a known issue with the 3.x version of the Basemap Gallery. All basemaps in the gallery have to be in the same spatial reference.解决办法
