漏洞
Identify tool does not work on point features stored in ArcSDE when the spatial reference is in the geographic coordinate system with large Extent and map scale at 1:100 or higher.

解决办法
The Suggested workaround is to click on the identify button ->Identify geographic features (point feature) by dragging a box for example: click and drag a window over a point features' on the map area.重现步骤
