Hosted scene layers do not get replicated to standby tile cache data store when all 4 data stores are on separate machines.

解决办法

Configure the Primary Relational and Primary Tile Cache Data Stores on the same machine that is machine1. Configure the Standby Relational and Standby Tile Cache Data Stores on the same machine that is machine2.

Navigate to https://portal.domain.com/portal/home/content.html

Click Add Item, then click on From my computer and select an example.slpk. Make sure to check Publish this file as a hosted layer, this adds a hosted layer item with the same name.

Navigate to Ex. C:\arcgisdatastore\nosqldata\lib\couchdb\example_slpk_0_######.couch on both machines and it can be seen that the replication was successful.
