Hosted feature service re-projects on-the-fly with default transformation instead of transformation applied in map properties.

解决办法

Only works in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and 3.4. Remove all transformations from the map in map properties, zoom out to the full extent of the feature layers, zoom back in to the target extent, and apply the ED 1950 To WGS 1984 NGA 7PAR transformation in map properties.
