Histogram binning value inclusion are inconsistent in Insights for ArcGIS when using a non-dividable number of bins with respect to the index of source data.

解决办法

Use an amount of bins that divide the index of the data which equals to a whole number. This ensures that bins are set up where, the first value is included and the last value is excluded [x,y) in the bins.
